We stand behind the equipment and parts we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Returns

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery for most new/unused items in original packaging.
  • Electronics & electrical parts: Returnable only if unused or DOA upon arrival. Installed or modified parts are not returnable for safety reasons.
  • Custom / special-order items: Final sale unless defective.
  • Condition: Items must be clean, complete, and in resellable condition. A modest restocking fee may apply if packaging is missing or used.
  • Return shipping: Customer-paid unless we made an error or the item arrived defective.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us at (346) 648-0656 or submit a request to obtain an RMA.
  2. Repack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the box.
  3. Use a trackable service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Limited warranty

  • Certified Pre-Owned equipment: 30-day limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship (excludes wear items like tires, upholstery, and batteries unless specified).
  • New items: Covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
  • What’s not covered: Damage from misuse, improper installation, accidents, water ingress, or unauthorized modifications.
