We ship parts and equipment across the United States and worldwide. Large power chairs are professionally crated and shipped by freight; parts and accessories ship by parcel carriers.
Where we ship
- United States: All 50 states and most territories.
- International: Worldwide delivery via air courier (fastest) or ocean freight (economical). Customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Local delivery / service: Scheduled delivery and mobile service available in Greater Houston.
Processing & handling times
- Parts & accessories (parcel): Ships within 1–2 business days when in stock.
- Power wheelchairs & large items (freight): Professionally crated and dispatched within 2–3 business days. We’ll confirm pickup and delivery windows with you.
Typical transit times
- U.S. Ground (parcel): ~2–5 business days depending on destination.
- International Air (parcel/freight): ~7–12 business days to most countries (customs can add time).
- International Ocean (freight): ~30–45 days port-to-port on average.
- Expedited options: Offered at checkout for eligible items or by request for freight.
Rates, carriers & services
- Rates: Real-time shipping rates are shown at checkout based on weight, size, service level, and destination.
- Carriers (parcel): USPS, UPS, and FedEx (signature and insurance may be required for high-value shipments).
- Freight: Trusted domestic and international freight partners. Standard service is curbside delivery with liftgate; inside delivery or white-glove setup may be arranged for an additional fee.
- PO Boxes: Some items (e.g., batteries, hazmat, oversize) must ship by UPS/FedEx to a street address.
Packaging & handling
- Parts: Professionally packed and boxed to protect electronics and controls.
- Power chairs: Secured, braced, and crated to prevent transit damage; photos available on request.
Delivery notes
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm CT may begin processing the next business day.
- Please verify your shipping address and contact details at checkout to avoid delays.
- International customers: customs clearance times vary by country. Duties/taxes are collected by the carrier or customs authority when applicable.
Damage, loss, or missing items
If your shipment arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 3 business days at (346) 648-0656 or via our contact form. We’ll initiate a carrier claim and assist with repair, replacement, or refund based on the claim outcome.
